Who is eligible to book a reservation in the Halo Top Airstream? 

Reservations for the Halo Top Airstream are open to Canadian Residents only. All guests must be the age of majority. Booking terms and conditions are stipulated by the booking site, available to view HERE. Booking acceptance will be based on a first reserved, first granted basis – assuming residency and age stipulations are met.

How do I book my stay? 

Visit and click on “BOOKING LINK” to view booking availability and details.  The link will connect you directly to the booking landing page on Trip Advisor Canada Vacation Rentals. If the airstream is still available for booking, you will have the opportunity to complete booking requirements directly on the site to request your reservation.  You will be prompted to input secure booking information, including your credit card information for the booking fee (see below for fee details). If you are the first user to successfully submit your information for the reservation request, your credit card will be charged for the booking fee and you will receive a confirmation.  Canceling policies and terms and conditions of rental are outlined by the booking site and are the responsibility of the individual booking and their guest.

 What does the booking reservation include?

For guests who successfully reserve their booking, the reservation includes:

  • One night stay in the Halo Top Airstream for up to 2 adult guests.

  • Fully furnished accommodation, including 1 bed and 1 pull-out bed, Kitchenette, BBQ, fridge, on-premise 2 piece washroom, outdoor lounge furniture for on-site use.

  • Complimentary supply of NEW Halo Top bars and pints!

How much does the reservation cost?  

If your reservation is accepted, you will be charged the booking fee $10.00 CAD (ten Canadian dollars) plus tax. 

When will I be charged for the reservation?

You will be asked to provide your credit card information through the booking site’s secure booking process.  However, only the accepted reservation(s) will be charged the booking fee plus any applicable tax.

 Can I extend my reservation to longer than one night?

Unfortunately not.  We know it’s hard to say goodbye after one night, but reservation dates are only for one night.   

Is there only one reservation date and location available for booking?

Nope! There are actually three dates and locations available for booking.  However, locations and dates will not be released all at once. Reservations will open up on the Monday before the reservation date (5 days prior to the date).  So, if you miss out on one reservation, check back the following Monday to be the first to reserve the next date and location.

 Where are the locations and what are the dates?

  • Reserve a stay in Kananaskis, Alberta: August 17-18 (one overnight stay on August 17th)

  • Reserve a stay in Prince Edward County, Ontario: August 24-25 (one overnight stay on August 24th)

  • Reserve a stay in Canning, Nova Scotia: August 31 – September 1 (one overnight stay on August 31st)

Can I bring more than one guest?

Occupancy is limited to a maximum of two (2) adults.  So you’ll have to decide who that lucky person will be! No additional guests are permitted and it is adults only.  Pets are also not permitted (sorry fur babies – we’ll include you next time!)

Are children allowed to stay as a guest?

Unfortunately not this time.  This accommodation is only for adults (must be the age of majority)

When will reservations be open to Canadian residents for booking?

Bookings will open on staggered dates throughout the month of August, so follow halotop_CA on IG and TW and halotopCA on FB to stay in-the-know on when bookings are live. Bookings openings are as follows:

  • Reserve a stay in Kananaskis, Alberta August: 17-18, Booking goes live on August 12

  • Reserve a stay in Prince Edward County, Ontario: August 24-25, Booking goes live on August 19

  • Reserve a stay in Canning, Nova Scotia: August 31 – September 1 Booking goes live on August 26

Can I cancel my booking?

No, but why would you anyway?!  Bookings are final and non-transferrable.  If you need to cancel, the cost of booking and booking fee may be charged to your card and will not be re-funded or reimbursed. 

Can I book more than one of the reservation rental dates?

Leave some fun for the rest of us!  We know, it’s hard to choose between the three locations, but guests may only book one of the three booking dates.

How do a get to/from the booking location if I successfully reserve my stay?

Bike, car, plane, train, walk, run, roller-skate… It is the responsibility of the guest(s) to arrange for their transportation to and from the location, including all associated costs.  Details regarding location, parking and direction will be provided through the booking site, once reservations are confirmed.  

Do I need to bring anything with me for my stay?

Yes! Guests are responsible for their own food, beverages, clothing, toiletries and other personal amenities required for overnight stay.  

Halo Top will provide: Halo Top bars (of course!), clean linens (for both beds), towels, plates, glasses, utensils and basic cooking equipment, a BBQ with gas hook-up, toilet paper and hand soap, dish soap and related cleaning products for any light cleaning needs (dishes, surface cleaning, etc.).  There are NO laundry facilities on-site, so please plan accordingly.  There is also no shower on-site (however the bathroom does have a toilet and a sink).

Can I change the date or extend the time if I am late or early to arrive?

No, so don’t be late (or too early)! Unfortunately, booking dates are firm, as are check-in/out dates and times communicated on the rental platform to ensure that we can transport clean and set-up the Airstream for the next guests.

Will the Airstream be available for booking in September or later this year?

You’ll have to stay tuned to find out!  Currently, we are only booking in August, so don’t miss out.

I only speak French, will someone be able to provide me with information before and on-site in French?

Yes! Our on-site concierge is fully bilingual as is our booking team.  It will be our pleasure to assist our guests in French or English.
